| BSMHD Members Meetings BSMHD meetings are open to members and guests and are free to attend. They are held every three months at venues across the country. The programme for each meeting includes a presentation about the work of the host organisation followed by an update of the society's activities, an opportunity for members to comment on future developments and to give guidance to the Trustees and General Secretary. The next BSMHD members meeting will be held in Bristol on Thursday 24th June 2010 at Easton Community Centre, Kilburn Street, Bristol, BS5 6AW from 11am to 3.30pm. The meeting will be an opportunity to meet fellow BSMHD members, staff from the local Health Services and Deaf Organisations. There will be a presentation by AWP about mental health services for deaf people in the Bristol area and an update on the national activities BSMHD is involved in including the European Mental Health and Deafness Congress in Cambridge in November, the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies for Deaf People National Development Project and the Diploma in Integrative Counselling taught in BSL. The meeting after that will be on 22nd September 2010 at Deaf Connections in Glasgow.
