Delegate Registration

The theme of the Congress, 'Healthy Deaf Minds in Europe', will serve as the agenda for an exciting scientific programme providing a forum for addressing mental health issues and developing links between all of the various professionals working in the field of deafness, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, therapists, nurses, social workers, interpreters, educationists, deaf people, carers and the community.

The Full Congress Delegate Fee includes an invitation to attend the Opening Reception on Tuesday evening, Refreshments and Lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and the Congress Dinner on Thursday evening.

Congress Dinner

If you are attending as a Full Congress Delegate, Exhibitor or Sponsor then attendance at the Congress Dinner is included in the fee that you have paid and there is no need for you to complete a separate Congress Dinner Booking Form. There may be some spaces available at the Congress Dinner for those not attending the Congress. Spaces will be limited and your place at the Dinner will be subject to availability.

Developing Country Delegate Sponsorship Fund

The Congress Committee would like to be able to offer sponsorship to delegates from developing countries that cannot afford to attend. If you would like to contribute to the Fund to enable this sponsorship please indicate on your booking form

Terms and Conditions

Please use one form per delegate. Your place will be confirmed, subject to spaces available, on receipt of your booking form and an email confirmation will be sent.

The Fee does not include accommodation. All Delegates are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel and accommodation.

Cancellation Policy: Whether payment has been received or not you will be liable for the full fee unless we receive written notification at least 31 days before the event, in which case you will only be charged a 20% administration fee. You may transfer your place to a colleague by informing us at any time prior to the start of the event, at no charge. No refund will be made for bookings cancelled less than 31 days before the event, or for non-attendance.

The Booking Form can be submitted as an attachment to an email or sent by post.

Requests for an invoice must be accompanied by a Purchase Order Number and the address to which the invoice is to be sent. Payment can be made at the time of booking by BACS transfer in GBP Pounds Sterling or Euro or cheque sent by post in GBP Pounds Sterling or Euro (Price in Euro to be calculated using exchange rate at time of booking). No other currencies will be accepted. If requested, a receipt will be issued once funds have cleared.
