There is space at the Annual Conference for a small number of exhibitors who would like to promote their products or services to the delegates.

The exhibition space is in the Conference Hall near to the refreshment area and the programme for the day includes regular long breaks during which the delegates will be able to visit your stand. Exhibitors are provided with a table and access to electricity but must bring everything else with them.

Setting up time is 7.30 to 8.30 on the day of the event and all material must be removed by 6pm that day.

The cost of exhibiting is:

Standard: £300
Member or Affiliate Organisation: £220

The fee includes all refreshments and lunch for two people, and, as the exhibition space is within the Conference Hall, you are welcome to participate between the breaks as a delegate. If you wish to bring more members of staff then the appropriate delegate fee will be charged for each additional person.
