Team Leader – Community Support Service (Surrey)
Permanent post, full-time, working 37.5 hours per week
Annual salary £24,500 - £28,000 depending on skills, experience and qualifications
Royal Association for Deaf people’s Social Care Service is looking to recruit a full-time Team Leader for our Community Service Team in Surrey. The service provides support to D/deaf adults with additional needs.
The successful candidate should have experience of managing a team. You will be able to demonstrate good leadership and have some knowledge of working with people with learning disabilities and/or mental health challenges. You will be expected to have BSL as your first language or a minimum of level 2 BSL (or willing to work towards this qualification). A Diploma in Health and Social Care (Level 3 or above) would be advantageous for the role.
